Delivery Information

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched by Royal Mail on the next working day.

Estimated UK delivery

Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods, severe weather or Royal Mail delays.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Tracking

If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, the tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please check your address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Royal Mail may require us to wait until an item is officially considered lost before we can arrange a replacement or refund.

International delivery

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges that may apply.
